tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-195998092011-04-21T13:51:40.235-07:00No Namenoreply@blogger.comBlogger31100tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19599809.post-1147420856354195172006-05-12T00:50:00.000-07:002006-05-12T07:26:49.963-07:00Dear Friends in Christ,<br /><br />Wish you all a very happy International Nurses Day.<br />This is a small update regarding the National Nurses Meet happening at B'lore.<br /><br />Initially this program was supposed to happen at Christ School ground.<br />But due to the heavy rains, we were not able to conduct the program there.<br />Finally, by the grace of God, the Christ College principal has allowed us to use<br />the A/C auditorium, that we used for our National Conference. We got the<br />confirmation about the auditorium last night 9pm. They also provided us<br />with place for accommodation, food preparation etc. Now the entire program<br />is happening at Christ College campus.<br /><br /><br />We started the program this morning at 8:30am with music. As of<br />now, around 1000 participants have arrived. Participants are still coming in &<br />registrations are in progress. We are still expecting around 1500 participants.<br />The official inauguration of the program was done by His Grace Ignatious Pinto,<br />Former Archbishop of B'lore at 10.15 am. After that we had a welcome skit &<br />keynote address followed by the Holy Mass by His Grace Ignatius Pinto.<br /><br /><br />There were some confusions because of the last minute change of venue,<br />but with the grace of God, now everything is settled.<br /><br /><br />I request all of you to pray for this program, especially for all the participants,<br />resources, all the arrangements to be done in proper way without any confusion<br />and all the volunteers & leaders those who will be working behind this program<br />during these days.
